As an animal emergency hospital, our fees reflect the specialized staff, advanced equipment, and 24/7 readiness required to provide immediate and critical care. Costs can vary depending on your pet's condition, the diagnostics needed (such as blood work, X-rays, or ultrasound), treatments, medications, and length of hospitalization.

Once your pet has been examined and stabilized, a member of our medical team will discuss recommended diagnostics and treatment options with you. Whenever possible, we will provide an estimate so you can make informed decisions about your pet's care. Please note that estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if your pet's condition evolves or additional care becomes necessary.

Payment Options

Payment is required at the time services are provided. We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and approved third-party financing options such as CareCredit or similar veterinary payment programs. We do not accept cheques. Our team can help explain these options and guide you through the application process if needed.

Financial Concerns

If you have budget concerns, please let us know as early as possible. While we may not be able to offer payment plans, we will always communicate openly and work with you to prioritize care based on medical need and available options.
